Job summary

City of Raleigh is seeking an Applications Analyst to support enterprise applications used across City departments. You will troubleshoot issues, configure enterprise systems, and translate business needs into practical technology improvements.

You will work with Trimble Unity Maintain, Trimble Unity Construct, and other platforms, delivering data visualizations, reports, and user documentation while collaborating with employees, project managers, vendors, and IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in application configuration, database administration, software solutions, or user support.
• Equivalent combination of training/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for employees using Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Construct.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and guide users.
• Configure workflows, forms, permissions, and data structures; create reports and dashboards.
