Job summary

City of Raleigh North Carolina is recruiting an Applications Analyst to support Trimble Unity Maintain/Construct and Cityworks platforms. The role includes configuring workflows, reporting, and system upgrades across multiple City departments.

You will troubleshoot, document processes, and collaborate with users, vendors, and IT teams to deliver sustainable technology solutions while aligning with enterprise standards and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/CS or related field with 3–5 years in app configuration or db admin.
• Preferred: Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks/e-Builder or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, ArcGIS and API integrations.
• ITIL Foundation, SDLC or Release Management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Trimble Unity Maintain/Construct and related platforms.
• Configure workflows, forms, rules, access controls, and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and create user guides.
• Collaborate with departments, vendors, and IT teams on enhancements.
• Participate in agile planning and iterative releases.
