Job summary

DANE LLC in Woodbridge, VA seeks an experienced System Analyst to support Cityworks and related asset management platforms. The ideal candidate will lead administration, integrations, and reporting across GIS and IT teams, delivering data-driven insights and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Cityworks AMS/PLL and/or GIS administration and support.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS platform and spatial data integration.
• Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports, and ActiveReports reporting.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and API integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Cityworks AMS and PLL platforms, including upgrades and performance tuning.
• Design, configure, and optimize Cityworks workflows, service requests, work orders, inspections, and asset hierarchies.
• Administer ITPipes for CCTV workflows, data collection, and reporting.
• Lead system integrations with GIS (ESRI), Oracle Fusion, SCADA, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Cityworks Analytics, Crystal Reports, ActiveReports, Power BI, SEEQ, and similar tools.
• Provide advanced user support, training, and documentation for Cityworks users across departments.
• Collaborate with GIS staff to ensure accurate spatial data integration and asset mapping.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Cityworks support for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Lead or support Cityworks-related projects, including system expansions, mobile deployments, and data migrations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
