Job summary

Trimble Unity Construct is seeking a Support Services Project Manager/Specialist to manage project documentation, monitor processes, and track specifications. You will provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes and lead process testing.

Ideal candidates have five+ years with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder), including training material creation, user support, and reporting/dashboard development. This is a remote role with matrix organization exposure.

Qualifications

• At least five years experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).
• Experience creating new user accounts and managing permissions in Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct, including initial training and process design.
• Experience guiding best practices, design sessions and requirements documentation for new process rollouts; lead in process testing.
• Experience evaluating cost management using the Trimble platform.
• Provide reporting assistance and report cleanup; create reports, subscriptions and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Creation of project documentation

Process monitoring;

Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking.

Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes

Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide support services for agency’s workload demands.

Requirements

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: (if applicable)

Applicant should have at least five years experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

Applicant should have experience creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and perform account maintenance in the Trimble platform.

Applicant should have experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

Applicant should have experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

Applicant should have experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). This includes providing new user basic training, workflow training and administration training as well as new features and process design.

Applicant should have experience in providing guidance in leveraging best practices as well as design sessions and requirements documentation for new process rollouts for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). The applicant shall serve as the lead in process testing.

Applicant should have experience in evaluating the use of cost management and leverage the best practices in cost management using the Trimble platform.

Applicant should provide reporting assistance and report cleanup as well as creating reports, report subscriptions and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).
