Qualifications

• Strong experience in application migration, cloud modernization, and enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and executive-level reporting; PowerPoint for leadership communications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across large organizations and leadership teams.
• Experience across migration lifecycle phases, including onboarding, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale application migration and modernization programs, ensuring timelines and governance.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and phase completions; provide executive status updates.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across teams and organizations to drive accountability and timely delivery.
• Resolve escalations and blockers at CIO and portfolio levels through cross-functional coordination.
• Develop executive dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to analyze data and support leadership decisions.
