Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Project Manager (Data engineering) in Charlotte, NC to lead large-scale migration and cloud modernization programs. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, and deliver executive dashboards and reports for leadership and client governance.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance, and timely delivery across migration lifecycles, with strong Excel/PowerPoint capabilities and experience leveraging AI/LLMs in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale application migration and cloud modernization programs.
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting; strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership and clients.
• Experience across migration lifecycle phases including CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and production deployment.
• Familiarity with usage of large language models (LLMs) in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale migration and modernization programs across all phases.
• Govern program milestones, risks, dependencies; provide status updates to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive accountability and timely execution.
• Address escalations and blockers at CIO and portfolio level with strong communication.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to analyze migration progress and risks.
• Prepare daily/weekly executive presentations and analytics for leadership decisions.
