Job description

Insight Global's client is hiring a Senior Enterprise Engineer to join a leading organization supporting a 5,000–15,000 user environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving infrastructure projects, and modernizing enterprise systems.

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level environments (5k+ users)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Group Policy, provisioning, Zero Trust)
• Experience with Windows infrastructure (DNS, Group Policy, etc.)
• Knowledge of IaaS / PaaS / SaaS and disaster recovery
• Experience with Nutanix
• Proven ability to handle high-level support + project work

Responsibilities

• Act as a tier 3 SME, resolving complex infrastructure issues across the environment
• Support and lead infrastructure projects, including cloud and system migrations
• Help design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing systems
• Work across technologies like Azure, VMware, and Nutanix
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive technical solutions forward

Nice to Have

• PowerShell scripting
• Certifications (MCSE, VCP)
• Experience in healthcare or logistics environments
• Background building IT policies/standards
