Job summary

ASM Research seeks a Packaging Lead to automate the generation of executable software and its installation into target environments. You will guide a team of engineers on designing and maintaining test automation frameworks, focusing on MSIX/Win32 packaging, Intune wrapping, and MAM policy configurations.

Responsibilities include inventorying apps, validating deployments, coordinating with owners, and ensuring security compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms within the Intune

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• App inventory, package/test apps.
• Building, testing, and deploying enterprise applications across Windows, iOS, and Android as part of the UEM → Intune modernization effort.
• Performs end to end app inventory, analysis, packaging, and validation using MSIX, Win32, Intune wrapping, and mobile app format.
• Ensure applications are compliant with security policies, compatible with modern management tooling, and ready for deployment at scale through Intune and MAM configurations.
• Troubleshooting packaging issues.
• Coordinating with application owners.
• Maintaining a full application catalog.
• Supporting migration waves for a secure, stable, and predictable app deployment experience.
• Mentors junior team members and provides input on annual appraisals of team members as appropriate.
