You will lead a team of engineers, maintain an app catalog, ensure security policy compliance, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with app owners to enable scalable, secure deployment at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in packaging, deployment, and app management.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Automates generation of executable software and installs into target environments.
• Designs and maintains test automation frameworks.
• Mentors junior team members and participates in annual appraisals.
• Manage MSIX packaging, signing, and conversion.
• Coordinate with application owners and maintain a full app catalog.
• Support migration waves for secure, stable app deployment.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and ensure security policy compliance.
• Review logs and provide root cause analysis.
• Work closely with security, platform engineering, and app owners.
