Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving platform adoption, value, and revenue growth. You will engage in developer-facing conversations, review integrations, and guide customers across Vonage’s APIs and CPaaS portfolio including messaging, voice, video, and verification solutions.

You will lead multi-stakeholder engagements, deliver QBRs, and align technical outcomes with business objectives while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar strategic customer-facing role with strong technical background in APIs or developer-facing products
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of CPaaS or API platforms: messaging, Voice/VoIP, Video, and Authentication/Verify solutions
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and software integration patterns
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts with significant ARR responsibility
• Exceptional communication skills for in-depth technical conversations with developers and executives

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic enterprise accounts across multi-threaded relationships
• Review integration architectures, troubleshoot API implementations, and advise on best practices across Vonage’s product portfolio
• Lead QBRs and identify risks to customer health, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges
• Own revenue and direct margin growth for your book of business, forecasting accurately
• Develop outcome-driven success plans aligned to customer objectives to drive platform adoption and ROI
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by connecting use cases to capabilities with Sales
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers for complex solutioning while owning commercial outcomes
