Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative, clinical, informatics, healthcare administration, or business field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred in analytics, healthcare administration, public health, informatics, or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the central analytics function.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the certified enterprise dashboard and scorecard portfolio.
• Supervise the central analyst team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with Executives on annual budget, FTE, and resource forecasting.
• Represent analytics in cross-functional executive forums and Indiana market leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR and data governance standards.
