You will collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT to improve data quality and document processes throughout discovery to implementation.

The role focuses on analytics, data validation, and process enablement with tools like Tableau, SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel/macros.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, BI, or a similar data-driven role.
• Experience with Tableau, SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel including macros.
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
• Gathers requirements, analyzes problems, improves processes, translates needs into solutions.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and process documentation.
• Visio experience and exposure to regulated or complex service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using BI tools and Excel macros.
• Document and improve business processes, workflows, and data flows across systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to define needs and align on solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT to ensure data exchange and reporting quality.
