Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel, including macros.
- Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using Tableau, SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel, including macros.
- Present findings with clear insights, recommendations, and narratives to business and leadership audiences.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and validation to improve data quality.
- Document and improve business processes, workflows, and data flows across systems and vendors.
