Christian Family Care is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for a Christ-centered mission. The role focuses on building executive-ready dashboards with Power BI, optimizing SQL, and applying Python for analytics and automation.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design robust data models, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, while communicating complex concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, IT, statistics or related field is required.
• 2+ years in BI, data analytics or data engineering, or strong portfolio with SQL/Python.
• ETL/ELT development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive dashboards for executives using Power BI or equivalent.
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs and data requirements.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries; use Python for data transformation and automation.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for dashboards and reporting.
• Serve as a data SME for CRM and operational systems; document data dictionaries and lineage.
