Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a highly analytical Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between customers' legacy reporting environments and the future of agentic data exploration. Sitting within the Solutions & Success organization, you will be the tip of the spear in helping our enterprise customers activate the full power of Hightouch’s Agentic CDP.

Your core mission is to deeply understand our customers' existing marketing and BI reports, reverse-engineer their logic, and cleanly

Qualifications

• Deep SQL skills and ability to write clean, scalable queries.
• Experience building or dissecting BI reports for marketing.
• Ability to design robust semantic layers for reliable LLM querying.
• Strong communication to train marketers and explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic scoping of complex reporting questions.
• Translate legacy reports into complex, reusable reporting frameworks.
• Investigate data sources, identity resolution, metrics, and audience behavior.
• Coach marketers on using AI effectively when Ads/LCM Studio are out of scope.
• Explain findings clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and document semantic context layers for consistent, idempotent reports.
