Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a highly analytical Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer to bridge customers' legacy reporting with the future of agentic data exploration. You will translate complex marketing reports into Hightouch and maintain semantic layers powering chat-based reporting.

You will ensure SQL accuracy, build robust data models, and enable enterprise customers to activate our CDP. Collaboration across Solutions & Success will help customers derive actionable insights and reliable ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Deep SQL expertise across cloud data platforms.
• Experience building/dissecting BI reports and marketing analytics.
• Ability to design semantic layers for LLM querying.

Responsibilities

• Scope complex reporting questions and align on core business decisions.
• Audit and translate complex marketing reports into reports and reusable frameworks.
• Investigate data sources, identity resolution, and metric definitions to ensure accuracy.
