Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a highly analytical and customer-obsessed Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer to bridge legacy reporting environments and AI-powered data exploration. Based in the Solutions & Success organization, you will help enterprise customers activate the full power of Hightouch’s Agentic CDP.

Your core mission is to understand customers' existing marketing and BI reports, reverse‑engineer their logic, and translate them into clean, reliable SQL and semantic layers that power

Qualifications

• Proven SQL expertise and ability to write clean, performant queries.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong BI/marketing analytics background and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex marketing reports and translate them into scalable analytics.
• Build and maintain semantic context layers for reliable ad-hoc reporting."
