7-17-Credit-Union is seeking an Enterprise Analyst to support growing data and reporting needs across lending, finance, operations, and risk management. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, developing dashboards, and enabling informed decision-making for leaders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights while collaborating with diverse teams to improve reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in financial services; credit union or banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Assist with developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help improve reporting processes and increase accessibility to organizational data.
• Support analysis of loan performance, portfolio analytics, and risk-related reporting.
