Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly technical Reporting & Analytics Analyst to drive modernization of enterprise reporting and data platforms supporting Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Sales.

You will leverage Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable analytics and insights. You'll design dashboards, data models, and reporting architectures, partnering with leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in analytics, BI, data engineering, reporting, or related roles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Lead or support reporting modernization and cloud data migrations.
Develop scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service reporting.
Build data models, semantic layers, data pipelines, and reporting architectures.
Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
Integrate data from multiple systems to reveal trends and insights.
Use SQL and Python to automate analytics workflows and improve access.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled analytics capabilities and automation.
Present findings and recommendations to leaders and executives.
