Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead delivery of advanced analytics and partner with business leaders to shape enterprise data solutions.

You will translate complex needs into scalable data models, mentor BI staff, and guide governance and analytics practices to improve member outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across technical and business teams, data quality, and building analytics maturity to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of analytics experience.
• Experience evaluating business needs and user requirements.
• Three to five years of experience in a financial services environment preferred.
• A master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with professional certification (e.g., CPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced data analysis to identify complex trends, risks, and opportunities that drive decision-making.
• Deliver advanced forecasting, scenario, and comparative analysis and provide recommendations.
• Transform data using KNIME and Microsoft Fabric; write optimized SQL; ensure data quality.
• Act as analytics advisor to business leaders; lead complex requirement discussions; integrate data sources across domains.
• Support data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management practices.
• Promote self-service analytics; train power users; mentor BI analysts.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications; drive adoption of analytics solutions.
• Proactively perform other duties as assigned.
