Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking an Architect, IS Enterprise Analytics for Sales & Marketing. You will design and govern analytics architectures across domains including Analytics, Trade Promotion Management, and Website Development, aligning with Smucker architecture practices.

Hybrid work with ~25% in-office presence in Orrville OH. You will mentor teams, drive data engineering tool adoption, and steer architecture decisions through design reviews and vendor collaborations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise analytics architecture.
Proven ability to develop enterprise and solution-level designs for cloud-based and on‑premises systems.
Deep experience with large cross-functional projects and cloud integrations.
Strong influence in solution design within the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and architect solutions aligned with enterprise standards and domain strategies.
Socialize concepts with project teams and translate learnings into delivery practices.
Guide ROI-focused technology investments and strategic horizon decisions.
