Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Lead Developer, IS Away From Home, to design, build, and support data and integration capabilities powering AFH business processes. You will serve as the technical lead for the AFH enterprise integration landscape, partnering with Analytics, Sales Ops, Revenue Growth, Marketing, and other functions to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions.

Location: Orrville, OH. Hybrid work arrangement: onsite a minimum of 9 days a month during core weeks.

Qualifications

• Senior-level tech leadership experience
• Experience with data integration and cloud-based data platforms
• Strong collaboration across business functions

Responsibilities

• Lead AFH Data Lake & Integration Delivery for AWS-based solutions.
• Design and guide ETL, APIs, event-driven integrations, and file-based interfaces.
• Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership and mentoring.
• Oversee deployments, production cutovers, and hypercare support.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD, IaC, and modernization efforts.
