WRITER is seeking a visionary AI Transformation lead manager to scale a team serving Fortune 100 accounts. You will coach transformation leads and translate WRITER's platform value into measurable P&L impact for executives at the world’s largest organizations.

You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership and business strategy, shaping the transformation function and influencing product roadmaps while guiding leaders from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Mastery of change management with ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills used to lead presentations to boards and cross-functional teams.
• Curious mindset and active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads, setting quarterly goals and providing ongoing feedback.
• Set the vision and standard for ROI and value realization across strategic Fortune 100 accounts, ensuring measurable P&L impact.
• Build and maintain executive relationships at the most strategic accounts, serving as senior escalation point.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and scale transformation playbooks.
• Drive team performance and customer health through goal-setting, coaching, and proactive expansion opportunities with sales.
