Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead end-to-end engagements with global enterprises, advancing AI capability and advising executive teams. You will own client relationships, set strategic direction, and ensure value delivery, working across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams.

This role requires navigating ambiguity, driving multi-workstream initiatives, and traveling as needed for client work.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and synthesize findings.
• Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with multiple engagements.
• Current point of view on AI, digital tech, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and AI/product teams.
• Serve as senior day-to-day advisor, guiding discovery and value delivery.
• Lead engagements end to end: scoping, discovery, recommendation, roadmap.
• Direct the engagement team, set analytical approach, review deliverables.
• Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models.
• Lead advisory work on AI innovation within industries.
• Design and lead executive workshops and sessions.
• Grow client relationships and secure new follow-on engagements.
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership.
