BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead AI-enabled transformations for global clients. You will own engagements end to end, manage C-suite relationships, and set strategic direction across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams.

This hybrid role requires 5–8 years in client-facing advisory work, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to drive multi-workstream programs while growing enterprise relationships and contributing to BrainStation’s thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in a client-facing role serving enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead executive-level conversations.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; manage multiple engagements.
• Well-formed viewpoint on AI, digital tech, and transforming operating models.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Hybrid work preference with four or more days in the office.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and AI/product teams, positioning BrainStation as a strategic partner.
• Act as senior day-to-day advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and stakeholder management.
• Lead engagements end to end, from scoping to roadmap and outcomes.
• Direct the engagement team’s work and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps with executive guidance.
• Shape advisory work on AI innovation within industries and product experiences.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Grow client relationships and secure new engagements with proposals and business cases.
• Contribute to BrainStation’s market presence through thought leadership and events.
