Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Senior Strategist, Enterprise, to partner with global organizations as they transform for the AI era. You will lead discovery, shape client roadmaps, and translate AI advances into executive actions, guiding both business and technology leaders across product, marketing, design, and data teams.

You will oversee workstreams, run executive workshops, and craft materials that move engagements from first conversation to committed programs, while growing client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6+ years in a client-facing role, with enterprise exposure.
• Ability to structure complex problems and articulate a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite and business leaders and lead strategic conversations about enterprise AI capability.
• Act as trusted advisor, manage day-to-day client relationships and opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business models and identify where new capabilities can move performance.
• Lead discovery, current-state assessments, and synthesize findings into a clear diagnosis.
• Design target-state capabilities, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Present advisory points of view on AI, products, and customer experience within industries.
• Facilitate executive workshops and sessions that drive decisions and momentum.
• Ensure proposals and executive material meet senior-level standards.
