Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead engagements with global organizations and help them transform for the AI era. You will own the client relationship day to day, scope engagements, and deliver measurable value across AI, product, marketing, design and data teams.

This role requires leading end-to-end engagements, directing multi-workstream teams, and shaping transformation roadmaps, with a hybrid work model and ongoing travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end.
• Strong executive presence and advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Well-formed view on AI, digital tech, and enterprise transformation.
• Enthusiasm for in-person work; hybrid model with four or more days in office.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI/Product/Marketing/Design/Data teams; position BrainStation as a strategic partner.
• Serve as senior day-to-day advisor to clients, guiding opportunity discovery, managing expectations, and delivering measurable value.
• Lead engagements end to end, from scoping to discovery, recommendation, and roadmap; ensure quality and outcomes.
• Direct the engagement team, set analytical approach, review deliverables, meet executive standards.
• Lead design of target-state capabilities, digital operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape advisory work on digital and AI innovation within clients’ industries and products.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Grow client relationships; shape proposals and business cases; structure scope and commercial aspects.
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership and events.
