You will collaborate across product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into repeatable features, spot risks, and help shape the product roadmap in a Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise customers to understand their operations and pain points.
• Set up and deploy AI agents and workflows tailored to each customer.
• Use internal AI tools to organize data, fine-tune prompts, check outputs, and improve agent performance.
• Maintain a real-time view of commitments vs. progress and flag risks.
• Ensure quality of customer requirements, tests, code, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to turn needs into repeatable features.
• Identify trends across customers and influence the product roadmap.
• Build polished AI solutions for customers that feel like real products.
