Greylock seeks a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join as the first full-time engineer building AI systems that give Greylock’s investment team a genuine edge. You’ll own the development of custom agent-based workflows for market mapping and due diligence.

Working directly with partners, you will prototype and ship production LLM tools that redefine how venture capital operates from the ground up. Location in San Francisco, USA, with direct access to world-class investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience shipping multi-step LLM workflows or AI agents in production.
• Strong full-stack capabilities from frontend to backend and data pipelines.
• Product-minded with ability to move quickly while ensuring long-term durability.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy custom agent-based workflows that automate research, sourcing, and diligence across the portfolio and pipeline.
• Design production systems that integrate LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and structured data into tools that partners rely on for live deal evaluations.
• Sit in on deal meetings to identify workflow bottlenecks and prototype AI-driven fixes within days to enhance the investment team’s decision-making power.
