Job summary

QuadSci is seeking a Transformation Director, a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role that bridges AI promise and real-world value. You will own onboarding, deployment, and expansion with C-suite stakeholders, partnering with product teams to translate customer needs into new features and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing delivery, implementation, or transformation role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience delivering or managing AI/ML or analytics products inside enterprise customers.
• Strong executive presence: comfortable presenting to CCOs, CROs, and RevOps leadership.
• Background in GTM technology (Gainsight, Clari, Salesloft, Gong) is a significant plus.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded implementations across data, product, and business stakeholders.
• Bias toward clarity and ability to simplify complexity for customers.
• Startup mentality and willingness to build the playbook as you run it.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding objectives and timelines.
• Drive onboarding plans using pilot tracker and milestones.
• Bridge between customer and product team for feature requests.
• Own weekly cadences and readouts of cohorts and AI performance.
• Educate stakeholders on ML model performance for expansion and churn risk.
• Ensure AI agents reflect customer context to build trust.
• Build and execute adoption plans with customer leaders and enablement teams.
• Track value realization and empower customer champions.
