Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional technology sector industry experience with proven project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing curricula for complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data and AI learning landscape, including co-design of learning pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and governance of a scalable enterprise-wide AI learning curriculum.
• Create persona-based learning tracks and progressive onboarding for roles.
• Co-design and curate high-quality training assets and hands-on labs.
• Oversee multi-channel delivery including instructor-led sessions and virtual platforms.
• Establish rapid feedback with participants and managers to refine content.
