Job Description

This role is central to building the structural capability and technical skills required to sustain our organization's AI transformation success. As an AI Training Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, establishing, and scaling an enterprise-wide learning ecosystem that bridges the gap between raw AI capabilities and practical workforce execution. Instead of deploying generic training, you will architect a targeted, data‑driven educational strategy aligned with distinct organizational roles and tech‑stack requirements. By translating complex technical methodologies into digestible, tiered instructional pathways, you will systematically dismantle skills‑based barriers to AI adoption. You will partner closely with the HR learning and development team, engineering leads, product management teams, and external learning vendors to deliver scalable training frameworks, directly impacting our global workforce's digital fluency and technical readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of a scalable, enterprise-wide AI technical and functional learning curriculum in partnership with stakeholders from HR and business units.

  • Collaborate with teams to build and maintain progressive employee experience journey maps by analyzing targeted personas, mapping role‑specific workflows, and establishing progressive learning pathways (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers).

  • Partner with AI engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructional designers to build high‑quality, technically accurate training assets, self‑paced learning modules, and hands‑on laboratory exercises.

  • Oversee a diverse deployment ecosystem of learning, including instructor‑led technical deep‑dives, virtual self‑paced platforms, interactive bootcamps, and enablement sessions.

  • Establish rapid feedback loops with training participants and business unit managers to continuously refine educational content based on real‑world workflow friction and shifting product roadmaps.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following

  • Exceptional presentation, articulation, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated skill to break down advanced topics into clear, structured, and logical training modules.

  • Define, collect, and interpret training program effectiveness. Capable of building and/or consuming dashboards that track learner engagement, skills acquisition, and progression.

Qualifications

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional technology sector industry experience, with proven project/program management experience driving large‑scale programs.

  • 5+ years of experience developing curricula for complex technical concepts.

  • Hands on experience with data and AI learning landscape, including codesign and development of learning pathways.

  • Proven experience driving alignment and executing initiatives across cross‑site, cross‑group, and matrixed functional teams without direct organizational authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving enterprise level programs that focus on training, enablement, or technology education initiatives.

  • Experience managing vendor contracts, SLAs, and co‑design.

  • Experience creating metrics and dashboards in PowerBI.

  • Experience architecting multi‑tiered learning paths, instructional design frameworks, or corporate university curricula for complex technical concepts.
