Qualifications

• Four year college degree in IS/IT or related field is required.
• 4+ years technical IS / IT experience; 2+ years of Agentic AI skills; 2+ years manufacturing / operations / business analysis experience.
• Skilled with RAG and traditional ETL, familiarity with enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently executes Carolina’s enterprise AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with goals.
• Lead AI initiatives to satisfy OKRs, priorities, and ROI maximization.
• Analyze and plan AI use cases across business functions considering feasibility, risk, cost, and impact.
• Work within AI governance standards including data protection, security, and compliance.
• Lead data preparation, project execution, risk assessment, and ROI evaluation for AI projects.
• Enable business leaders to experiment with AI safely and within company standards.
• Partner to identify opportunities, estimate value, conduct experiments, and promote adoption.
• Research and deliver AI training and change management programs to improve AI literacy and adoption.
