Job summary

Citi is seeking a Director-level AI strategist to define, build, and scale enterprise-wide AI capabilities across all business lines in a hybrid New York setting. You will own the AI strategy, drive adoption of centralized platform tools, and enable hundreds of product teams to deliver safe, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or enterprise tech leadership.
• Experience defining and implementing AI/GenAI solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts, orchestration and workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs/SLMs, cloud-native architectures.
