Job summary

Citi in New York seeks a Director to lead the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of enterprise agentic AI capabilities within Platform and Data Services, powering client servicing and operations at global scale.

You will shape the target vision, translate priority use cases into scalable platform capabilities, and partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, Risk and Architecture to build the next generation of intelligent, AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven experience defining AI/GenAI solutions, translating business problems into scalable platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform concepts, APIs, cloud-native architectures and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication across a matrixed organization.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with risk governance and compliance awareness.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams and driving execution on strategic initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI platforms or large-scale AI transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap: Shape the target vision, priorities and implementation roadmap for agentic AI across Services, aligned with business demand and enterprise AI standards.
• Translate priority use cases into scalable agentic solutions: Partner with Product, Technology, Data Science and Architecture teams to assess use cases and define required agent patterns, workflows and capabilities.
• Lead agentic implementation and capability industrialization: Drive experimentation, prototyping and implementation across teams to produce reusable platform capabilities.
• Embed responsible AI, controls and operational resilience: Implement enterprise AI design standards covering permissions, security, governance and lifecycle.
• Establish the agentic operating model and demonstrate value: Create governance, training, adoption tracking and measurable business outcomes.
