• Strong background in Healthcare, Insurance, payer/provider, or health-tech environments.
• Experience with Finance Transformation, Back-Office Operations, or Customer Experience initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
