Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Strategy initiatives on a global scale. You will shape vision, build executive relationships, and drive end-to-end delivery across complex finance ecosystems.

You'll define AI-enabled finance roadmaps, craft ROI models, and ensure responsible AI practices while coordinating multi-stakeholder programs with a focus on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fluency in AI & Data Strategy from enterprise data architecture to Finance plays.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFOs and finance leaders.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years data management and analysis with strategic insight.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end across complex environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery across time zones and cultures.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Earn the room by building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior leaders.
• Architect the path forward across platforms, data foundations and operating models.
• Make the case with business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models.
• Assess AI and data maturity across strategy, talent, and data infrastructure.
• Build for scale by sequencing delivery of data elements and data products.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator, not a checkbox.
• Drive commercialization through AI-first product strategies and partnerships.
