Pallet in San Francisco is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to connect our AI-powered platform to real logistics workflows. You’ll own technical validation, build demos, and drive proofs of concept with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

This founding role blends integration work with storytelling, working with executives across enterprise logistics. You’ll shape the playbook, develop rapid prototypes, and help scale the Sales Engineering org.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar role.
Strong fluency with APIs and data schemas.
Experience with automation or AI-driven products (e.g., browser automation, RAG).
Comfort building quick prototypes with low-code tools.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
High curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own technical demos translating customer workflows into high-impact experiences.
Build quick integrations and prototypes to demonstrate value.
Map and reason data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM.
Partner with Sales on proofs of concept and technical validation.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
Support GTM with demo templates and technical briefings.
Capture field feedback to influence product roadmap direction.
