Pallet is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role combines technical skills with customer engagement as you connect AI solutions to logistics workflows.

As a founding member of the Sales Engineering team, you will influence processes and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored technical demonstrations and help guide customers through their transitions to AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
• Capable of building quick prototypes with low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver technical demos that accelerate deals.
• Build quick integrations and prototypes to demonstrate value.
• Communicate clearly across audiences from operations leads to CTOs.
