PSEG is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (Full Stack) to evaluate, prototype, design, develop, and deliver enterprise AI solutions across a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

This role combines hands‑on AI engineering, full‑stack application development, solution architecture, cloud integration, and technology evaluation responsibilities to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and establish scalable, secure, and reusable AI solution patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering / full-stack / cloud / AI experience.
• Experience prototyping and delivering AI, ML, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Developing web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions and AI-enabled applications.
• Architect scalable, secure AI solution patterns and integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across enterprise platforms.
• Ensure governance, security, and operational readiness for AI solutions.
• Prototype and evaluate new AI technologies to drive business value.
