PSEG Services Corp is seeking an AI Business Product Manager (Technical) to identify, shape, prioritize, and drive AI-enabled business capabilities that deliver measurable enterprise value. You will bridge business operations, enterprise architecture, and AI delivery teams to translate priorities into scalable AI opportunities aligned with governance and technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business architecture, digital transformation, technology delivery, or AI initiatives.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, ML, analytics, intelligent automation, or cloud AI platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration with business and technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and transformation.
• Hands-on prototyping AI solutions, AI workflows, copilots, automation, or low-code/no-code AI apps.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and orchestration.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation.
• Ability to discuss AI architecture, integrations, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise design.
• Compliance with DoE 10 CFR 810 required.
• MBA; familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SAP/ServiceNow/Salesforce AI.
• Familiarity with Python, scripting, REST APIs, cloud-native AI development.
• Experience in regulated industries: utilities, energy, financial services, or healthcare.
• Experience with Agile product management and iterative delivery.
• Knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, risk, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise AI Opportunity Discovery & Strategy: Identify AI opportunities and translate challenges into AI use cases.
• AI Prototyping, Technical Evaluation & Solution Design: Build POCs and evaluate AI platforms and tech feasibility.
• Business Architecture & Capability Alignment: Align AI initiatives with enterprise architecture and standards.
• AI Product & Portfolio Management: Manage AI use cases from ideation to ROI metrics.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Delivery Support: Work with cybersecurity, legal, governance, and platform owners.
• Responsible AI & Governance Alignment: Ensure alignment with governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
