Job summary

PSEG Services Corp. is seeking an AI Business Product Manager (Technical) to identify, shape, and prioritize AI-enabled capabilities that deliver enterprise value.

The role spans business architecture, product management, AI evaluation, and hands-on experimentation to bridge business operations with AI delivery teams. The candidate will partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and the AI Center of Excellence to guide responsible and value-driven AI adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business architecture, digital transformation, technology delivery, or AI‑related initiatives.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, ML, analytics, automation, or cloud AI platforms.
• Experience cross‑functionally with business and tech organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and transformation.
• Hands‑on experience prototyping AI solutions, AI workflows, copilots, automation, or low‑code/no‑code AI apps.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, APIs, or workflow orchestration.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions on AI architecture, integrations, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise solution design.
• Compliance with the DOE 10 CFR 810 regulation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate enterprise AI use cases and opportunities across domains; translate challenges into AI opportunities.
• Develop lightweight AI prototypes and POC solutions to validate value and feasibility.
• Align AI initiatives with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Manage AI use cases from ideation to value realization with measurable ROI metrics.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, platform, legal, and governance stakeholders throughout intake and approval workflows.
• Ensure responsible AI alignment with governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards.
