Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a technical Product Engineer to become a trusted advisor for Digital Native Businesses, helping them integrate Claude APIs into core products. You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment, shaping architecture decisions and evaluating new approaches.

You will stay at the forefront of LLM capabilities, lead workshops, and produce scalable resources while ensuring safety and reliability across deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with customer-facing experience.
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist technical advisor to Anthropic customers from discovery through deployment.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with account executives.
• Influence architecture decisions by developing pilots, prototypes and evaluation suites.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
• Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to Product/Engineering teams.
• Create scalable public and internal assets documenting LLM prompting and architecture techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest LLM developments and AI product stacks.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and support.
• Attend conferences, give talks, write content on AI topics.
