Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar.
• Strong production-quality coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Next.js and SQL.
• Ability to explain complex tech to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the platform into customer environments and integrate with CRMs and data systems.
• Design and build custom workflows and integrations for go-to-market processes.
• Partner with Sales during engagements, perform live implementations and demos.
• Document implementations and transform repeatable solutions into scalable capabilities.
• Identify product enhancements from customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the lifecycle.
