Job summary

Elios AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Specialist to embed with enterprise accounts, turning AI capabilities into running software. You will map complex workflows, build and ship LLM-powered apps, and integrate across legacy systems, data stores, and enterprise authentication.

This role blends deep technical delivery with strategic customer engagement. You will own the delivery from workshops through production cutover, evaluate deployments, and ensure the solution meets customer and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong Python and API/systems fundamentals.
• Experience deploying and operating on major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows, data, and constraints.
• Design and ship LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Integrate with legacy APIs, on-prem data stores, SSO, and enterprise auth.
• Lead pilots and deployments from workshop to production cutover.
• Write evals to validate production readiness and handover criteria.
• Translate between customer business language and engineering teams.
