Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Solution Manager to drive sales and adoption of AI software, and partner AI solutions with Supermicro hardware. The role focuses on accelerating enterprise AI adoption, training sales teams, and driving software attach as part of the Total AI Solutions strategy.

The Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners, promoting AI factory solutions, building enablement programs, and ensuring Supermicro is positioned as a leader in AI

Qualifications

2+ years in sales enablement, pre-sales or related roles supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
Proven success enabling AI/inferencing adoption in enterprise accounts.
Understanding of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Inferencing AI architectures.
Familiarity with AI software stacks, GPUs, and ecosystem partner integrations.
Knowledge of hybrid cloud deployments and AI workloads (LLMs, inference, RAG pipelines).
Technical understanding of servers, storage, networking, and cloud infra to position AI solutions.
Experience developing enablement programs and training for sales teams and partners.
Excellent communication and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Enterprise AI sales enablement in collaboration with sales teams.
Drive attach strategy for AI software with Supermicro hardware.
Coordinate with sales and partners to advance deal progression and POCs.
Develop enablement content, training, and demos for sales and partners.
Lead market development activities with AI software partners to build pipeline.
Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform GTM.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, Systems, and Marketing for GTM readiness.
Act as trusted AI advisor to enterprises on accelerators and hybrid cloud deployments.
