Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Consultant to join the Americas team. You will support customers evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI, aligning AI strategies with product capabilities, and acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

This highly customer-facing role requires leading AI-focused demos, PoCs, and technical discovery, while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to share market insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in SaaS with enterprise customers in presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical depth.
• Experience designing and delivering AI demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and business context for AI solutions.
• AI-first approach using AI tools to improve speed, quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with WalkMe Account Executives and Presales teams across Americas in customer evaluations of WalkMe AI.
• Lead AI-focused discovery sessions and answer technical and architectural questions.
• Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations that communicate WalkMe AI value.
• Manage technical proofs of concept remotely or onsite with internal teams.
• Develop strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted AI advisor.
• Support escalations and complex technical discussions with clear communication.
• Participate in regional field activities such as customer events and executive briefings.
• Share structured feedback on product gaps, market trends, and customer needs.
