WalkMe Ltd. in the Americas seeks a Pre-Sales AI Consultant to collaborate with sales and presales teams across the region, evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI.

You will align customer AI strategies and architectures with WalkMe’s capabilities, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. This highly customer-facing and hands-on role guides technical discovery, leads AI-focused demonstrations and proofs of concept, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to

Qualifikationen

Experience with generative and contextual AI, including LLMs and deployment models.
Strong background in SaaS with enterprise customers in presales or solution architecture roles.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

Lead AI-focused discovery sessions and guide solution design considerations.
Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Manage technical proofs of concept remotely and onsite with engineering/support coordination.
Develop strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted AI advisor.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to share customer feedback and market insights.
