Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Consultant for the Americas region. The role focuses on evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI across customers, aligning AI strategies with WalkMe capabilities, and acting as a trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle.

You will guide technical discovery, lead AI demonstrations and proofs of concept, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer feedback informs product direction.

Qualifications

• Experience with generative and contextual AI, including LLMs and deployment models.
• 7–8 years in SaaS with enterprise customers in presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• AI-first approach with prudent tool usage to improve speed, quality and outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for varied audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Experience crafting compelling demos and technical walkthroughs for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of enterprise tech environments and business contexts for AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Presales teams to evaluate WalkMe AI for customers.
• Lead AI-focused discovery sessions and answer technical questions.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations communicating WalkMe AI value.
• Manage proofs of concept remotely or onsite with Engineering and Support collaboration.
• Build strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders as an AI advisor.
• Assist with escalations and complex technical discussions with timely resolutions.
• Participate in regional field activities and executive briefings.
• Relay structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
