Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Consultant to collaborate with sales teams across the Americas.

You will support customers evaluating and adopting WalkMe AI, align AI strategies with customer objectives, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. This highly customer-facing role involves leading AI discovery, conducting demos and proofs of concept, and coordinating with engineering and support to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in SaaS with enterprise customers in presales or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience with generative and contextual AI, LLMs, and AI deployment models.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Presales teams across Americas to evaluate WalkMe AI.
• Lead AI-focused discovery sessions and guide solution design considerations.
• Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations showcasing WalkMe AI value.
• Manage technical proofs of concept remotely and onsite with internal teams as needed.
• Develop strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders as an AI advisor.
• Support escalations and complex technical discussions to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in regional field activities and executive briefings to share market insights.
• Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams by conveying structured product feedback.
